Dead Petals Lifestyle Content Creation

Overview

Dead Petals needed lifestyle content that felt bold, edgy, and authentic to the brand. Rather than relying only on traditional product photography, the goal was to create imagery that showed the products in a real-world setting while capturing the attitude and personality behind the brand.

Zema Marketing planned and produced a lifestyle content batch designed to give Dead Petals a stronger, more recognizable visual presence across social media and digital marketing

Our Approach

To capture every side of Dead Petals, we photographed the collection across several distinct locations, including a skate park, city streets, an oceanfront setting, and a parking lot. Each environment gave the clothing a different energy while still maintaining the brand’s raw, alternative aesthetic.

We also incorporated controlled studio lighting to capture cleaner product details, stronger portraits, and additional angles that were harder to achieve outdoors. By combining natural lifestyle photography with more polished lighting setups, we created content that could work across social media, the website, launches, and promotional campaigns.

Different models were styled throughout the shoot to demonstrate how the pieces could be worn in a variety of ways. The goal was not only to show the clothing, but to help customers picture how Dead Petals could fit into their own style and everyday life.

The Result

Dead Petals received a diverse collection of lifestyle and product-focused content captured across multiple locations, models, and visual styles.

The final content batch gave the brand:

  • Edgy lifestyle imagery that felt natural and authentic

  • Multiple outfit and styling variations

  • A mix of urban, coastal, skate, and studio visuals

  • Detailed product shots and full-body lifestyle images

  • Content suited for social media, website use, launches, and advertisements

By showing the collection in different environments, Zema Marketing helped Dead Petals expand beyond a single visual concept while keeping the brand recognizable and cohesive. The finished gallery demonstrated the versatility of the clothing and gave the brand enough variety to market each piece in multiple ways.
